Bopha Security is a proud member of the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA). Our founder Mr. Bvuma has over 20 years’ experience in the safety and security industry. Located in Limpopo, with Tzaneen as its Head Quarters – Bopha Security has been making last waves in the security industry for over 20 years. The owner and lead for company with over 24 years’ experience in security management. As the managing Director he oversees the operations of the security company and the sister operations in Security training for the training centre including firearm training and management. He has overseen the asset protection of clients’ multimillion-rand assets and resources through the effective deployment of his expertise, leadership and guidance of teams under him.
Mr Lovemore Shikwambana
HR Manager
He Holds a BCom HRM Honours, Bachelor of Administration Honours, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and is currently completing his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with UNISA. Lovemore is also a trained security official, who holds a Grade B security training. He has 10 years HR experience, and has worked in various industries such as Financial Services through an organ of State, Mining, Private Security and Higher Education.
